Do you see what is in front of you, Las Vegas?
Do you see the vaults of money run dry, the machines turned off, the lights in the kitchens turned down, streets abandoned, tourists gone, hotels closed? Do you see what the hand of the Lord hath wrought upon your city?
We call this Sin City. Why? Because all over the world we come to Las Vegas to celebrate our sin. There’s a saying, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. But there is a book in heaven and you want your name to be in that Book of Life. Everything that you have said and done has been recorded — every transgression, every decision, every idle word. God knows where you have been and what you have done and who you have brought into the secret hours of the night with you. Only the blood of Jesus Christ can save you. His blood was shed on Calvary to forgive your sin, to take you from darkness into light, from death into life. His salvation is for whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord. Confess with your mouth that He is Lord. Believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead.
Repent Las Vegas! The time is late. Judgement is nigh at the door. We don’t know what tomorrow will bring…
